You can also enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings for an extra layer of security, which we strongly recommend.

Account Security

Keep Your Account Safe Always Safe

Account security is a shared responsibility. 1betwin provides a high-grade security system, and here are steps you can take to keep your account safe at all times.

  • Use a Strong and Unique Password

Choose a password that is different from your other accounts. Combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Change your password regularly — at least once every three months is a good practice.

  • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

2FA adds a second layer of security — even if someone knows your password, they still cannot log in without the OTP code sent to your phone. Enable it from your account settings.

  • Avoid Public WiFi Networks

Do not log in to your 1betwin account over free WiFi at cafes, hotels, or public places without VPN protection. Public networks carry a high risk of personal data breaches.

  • Log Out After Playing

Always log out of your account after you're done playing, especially when using a shared device. The "remember me" feature should only be used on your own secure personal device.

  • Never Share Your Login Credentials

The 1betwin team will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive such a request, ignore it and report it to our support team immediately.

Login Assistance

Issue Login?

Here are quick fixes for the most commonly reported login issues by Malaysian users.

Click the "Forgot password?" link below the password field. You will be prompted to enter your registered email address or phone number. A password reset link will be sent and is valid for 30 minutes. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support via live chat.

Your account is temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact our support team via live chat to unlock your account after a brief identity verification.

OTP codes for 2FA are valid for 5 minutes. Make sure your device clock is accurate, as a time difference can cause codes to fail. If you are using an authenticator app, re-sync the app's time. If the issue persists, contact our support and we can assist via an alternative verification method.

Yes, your 1betwin account can be accessed from multiple devices — desktop computers, tablets, and smartphones. However, simultaneous active sessions from the same device may result in an automatic logout. For security, we recommend logging out of your previous session before starting a new one on another device.

Contact the 1betwin support team via live chat. To verify your identity, we will ask for a few details such as your full name, associated phone number, and approximate registration date. Our team will help you regain access in no time.

Still have an unresolved issue? The 1betwin support team is ready to help 24/7. Reach us via live chat within the platform or email us at [email protected] and we will respond as soon as possible.
